Chemical Expertise

Rolabo is well assorted in latest manufacturing and handling technologies for supplying APIs and HAPIs on a regular basis for oral and injectable formulations. New reactions and technologies are continuosly being investigated to expand our product and technlogy platform to successfully meet the future requeriments of our partners.

Large scale pressure reactions and hydrogenations are routinely performed at Rolabo. Working from 0,25L up to 1.600L reactors, a wide range of homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts are used for hydrogenations up to 20 bar. The processes can be carried out from -30ºC to +200ºC. Equipment used is of stainless steel, special stainless steel and glass lined vessels, covering a wide range of process conditions/volumes.
